Updating credit card or other billing details

If you're making regular payments for one of Brett's products or services and you need to update your credit card details please submit a support ticket.

For security reasons, please do not send your updated credit card details via the support desk or email though. Just let us know your name and contact details and what you need to update.

Brett's Accounts Officer will respond as soon as possible to make sure that your details are updated securely.

Note: If you purchased one of Brett's products or services through a third party, for example, at an event Brett presented at but that was organised by another company, most likely your payments are being made to that third party (e.g. the event promoter). Therefore you'll need to update your payment details with them.

These details will be on your original invoice and/or order form but if in doubt, submit a support ticket to us and we'll be able to help you.
